Oppulent Settings provides interior design and home staging services for residential and commercial clients in Ontario, Canada. Services are subject to availability and are outlined in your individual project proposal or service agreement.
2. Consultations and Design Proposals
Initial consultations may be offered in person or virtually. All design proposals are customized and remain the intellectual property of [Your Company Name] unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes under Ontario law. A deposit may be required to confirm your project, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise stated in your contract.

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun. Refunds for other payments will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability

11. Use of Photography and Videography
By engaging Oppulent Settings for interior design or staging services, you agree to allow us to take before-and-after photos and videos of your space for documentation, portfolio, and marketing purposes. This may include use on our website, social media platforms, printed materials, and other promotional outlets.
We will never share personal or identifying information (such as full names, addresses, or client details) without your explicit consent. If you prefer to opt out of this usage, please notify us in writing prior to the commencement of services.
13. Payments and Billing
A deposit of [e.g., 50%] of the project total is required to reserve your booking and begin the design process. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services or delivery of the final design. 14. Digital Rights and Usage of Media

Clients may request access to watermarked versions for personal use. High-resolution or unmarked versions may be licensed for additional fees, subject to usage agreements. Clients may not edit, sell, or commercially redistribute any photos or videos provided by Oppulent Settings without express written permission.
